⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Forgive me, Father, for I have devoured this book.
Forgive Me Father is a deliciously dark and spicy mafia romance that had me side-eyeing my Kindle and whispering, “Excuse me?!” more times than I can count. Erica Jaden serves up a cold, damaged, brooding mafia don who has zero chill and a wife who's basically a wide-eyed bambi tossed into a very heated lion’s den. And guess what? I ate it up.
This is not your soft, cinnamon roll love story. Oh no. This one’s wrapped in darkness, soaked in passion, and dipped in a little bit of danger. The dynamic between Alfonso and Camilla, his young wife is intense, twisted, and anything but vanilla—and I’m not mad about it.
While the storyline had a few dips and I wouldn’t have minded a little more fleshing out in parts, the tension, the chemistry, and the downright audacity of some of those scenes more than made up for it.
If you’re in the mood for a sinfully addictive read that explores love, passion, obsession, and power plays in the dungeon, this one might just have you saying a prayer after.
