Veronica Eden is a new-to-me author and I discovered this book by scrolling on Instagram during the summer. It caught my attention immediately.
Cooper and Tatum have been neighbours and friends since they were kids and the whole childhood friends to lovers is one of the sweetest trope in my opinion. There's just something exciting about the idea of a teenage girl/boy crushing on their neighbour... it makes my heart soar. Young love at its best.
I wanted to read this book because it sounded like a story I could relate to. And that's exactly what happened. When I connect with a book like that, it makes all my nostalgia and my feels pop! I just love it. Each scene was detailed perfectly, where I could imagine perfectly the set up and the way the MC moved and what they looked like. The backwards cap...
