World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War by Max Brooks

5.0
This was a witty, exciting, and unique way to present the happenings of a zombie apocalypse.
Presenting this happening by telling the tales of survivors from all different backgrounds and from around the world, not just American scientists or military personnel was not only refreshing to the genre but allowed for different quirks and flare from the author. It also made this almost believable, that it could really happen and has happened, as opposed to the typical 'fantasy' of what a zombie apocalypse would be like.
If you're looking for something fun, a bit dramatic, and different from a typical read, this book provides a wonderful spin on a doomsday scenario.
