On The Trail to Vulture's Gulp by Samuel M. Hallam

2.0

Despite being only 15 pages long, Vultures Gulp is full of very heavy-handed exposition. It's written in a way that feels like a summary of a story rather than the story itself. It just hands you a lot of information instead of telling you a story and letting you arrive at your own conclusions. All of that being said, it's clear that Hallam has a lot of imagination; and had this story been given a few more drafts (and a handful of more pages) it could have been quite good.
