The Bletchley Girls by Anna Stuart

5.0

Heartwarming and inspirational read

I couldn't put this book down once I started reading it. I used to live not far from BP and my dad's friend a female, had worked in BP. I was absolutely fascinated with the sheer determination of the three women as they worked relentlessly to break and decipher codes. To imagine being and working under such pressure and strain, well I just couldn't. These women were brave, strong and the forerunners of fighting for female equality in the workplace, all this aside from their successful war efforts. Truly
inspirational. The book is a good pace, the character's absolutely admirable and I love the author's style of writing. So much so, that I will be purchasing the next book by Anne. I don't want to spoil the ending for anyone, but I did have tears of happiness in my eyes. Truly remarkable story. Kudos to Anne. Thank you.
