All I can be bothered to say about this series is that I am so entirely thankful that it's over. The relief that I feel now that I know I never have to open this book again and that it — along with all its predecessors — can go straight to my local charity shop is extreme.
It was that bad.
In fact, the ending quite literally invalidates any reason you might have had for actually reading the series, let alone this particular book. It was a waste of time, honestly. The main character actually goes back and undoes every single event starting from the first book, which means that, in turn, the last book should never even exist. It's just so ridiculously stupid that I cannot believe it made it past editing.
