The Great Deluge: Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast by Douglas Brinkley

4.0

3.5/5. Consumed as an audiobook. The narrator was just ok for me and may have impacted the rating of the book.

The author has a bone to pick, and he is ready to tell you about it. Sometimes his vehemence comes through, which results in any objectivity clearly disappearing.

However, he tells a compelling story, and it moves quickly. I definitely learned some new things.
