This was such a cozy read! The main plot of the three half sisters coming together and fulfilling their late father's wishes was so enjoyable. You see some great growth in these characters. The three sisters have their own separate romance subplots, which are unique to them. It took a bit of time to keep the sisters straight, even though they each had distinct life experiences shaping them. Maggie was the most frustrating to read about because (in my opinion) she should have been the most with-it and ready to fall in love. Her romantic subplot frustrated me because of her self-sabotaging. Star ended up being my favorite character and had my favorite subplot of romance. Although these characters were setting up for a Winter Solstice celebration, the book wasn't overly December-y and could definitely be enjoyed during other cozy months.
