Alice Guy: First Lady of Film by José-Louis Bocquet

I had never heard of Alice Guy before reading this graphic novel, which is a real shame because she's a fascinating woman who trailblazed so much of the film industry; she had some serious gumption in her and is very admirable for pushing through in what was very much a man's world.
It was a little difficult to tell some characters apart - especially since everyone had the same facial hair and men wore suits that all looked alike - which I think would've been made easier with some light colorization.
I'll admit I only skimmed the timeline and biographical notes, but you can tell that they're well researched and full of information on film history's players.
