I loved this as much as the first! Mystery, magic, shenanigans and in the middle of everything Crane and Stephen navigating their relationship that neither of them know where they want it to head at, or where the other one wants it to go.
They are getting there though and it's sweet, sexy, romantic and aggravating.
The narration was really good although at times the narrator didn't use the same cadence for Stephen and I was left wondering if he was talking or another character. Also as much as I love the cockney and other accents, it doesn't make it easy to understand what they are saying.
I still wish for some kind of world building.
