I couldn't stop thinking about Travis so I just had to read the book. I wasn't going to right away. I was going to wait but just knowing how crazy Travis was in Walking Disaster I had to find out what the heck was going on in that crazy head of his. This story is exactly what you think it is - a guy's perspective. It lacks the details of the story told from Abby's perspective. While it did help to move the story along I found myself wanting more in certain places. A really awesome surprise to this story was that it did not end exactly where Abby's did so in that way it made up for some of the lack of detail. Reading the story from the perspective of Travis I no longer think he is insane - like a lot of men he had no idea how to deal with his emotions and it manifested in interesting behaviors. Overall, these were two really good books.
