This was a “dear comic book employee, please suggest me a horror trade” and this was one of a few suggested and the first that I read. I fucking vibed with this from the jump. It’s such an investing premise with such sweet imagery that you know will be horrifying at some point and you hate it with every page you turn. I recommend this to everyone who doesn’t have an adversity to animal violence because like… it’s dogs. That’s the whole thing. Other than that it’s a perfect first comic for anyone in my opinion. Even people who aren’t into horror. It’s the Disney gone wrong no one knew they needed.
