An unnamed man is stranded in a desert, mysterious island where he finds... something.
I like the solitary and eerie ambient of this one, also I think it's one of the first Lovecraft books I picked up and made me want to read everything from the author, so that's a plus.
Doesn't have much to do with the Ugaritic/Canaanite/Phoenician god, though.
