I liked it a lot. I thought it might be a little strange turning such atrocities that were already committed into eldtrich body horror would be weird but the author was able to execute it masterfully. My only gripe was that it was a little short. I felt like the characters needed more pages to be fleshed out and stuff for the plot. But I guess that’s cause I’m used to doorstopper books
