These Violent Delights by Chloe Gong

Did not finish book. Stopped at 1%.

Feels weird even to add this when I did barely more than read a few pages and skim random parts of others, but worth tracking, I guess? From what I read, the prose is just not for me. Too many italics (seriously, I went to a random page and found ten italicised words in one exchange of dialogue), and it felt kind of style-over-substance. Seems like this one wasn't quite ready yet.
