I wish I had realized I'd read this author's previous book, Everyone in This Room Will Someday Be Dead. If I had, I definitely would not have picked this up.

Interesting Facts About Space is a contemporary fiction written in first person and is a chaotic stream of consciousness about Enid's observations, interactions and trauma. Enid is a lesbian and has ASD, PTSD, a complicated relationship with her family and a paranoia of bald men. The chapters were incredibly long and filled with tons of often disjointed vignettes.

I have no doubt that others who see the world as Enid does, find her relatable. Was the story quirky and funny? It had it's moments, sure. But overall my ADHD did not find this to be a fun reading experience.
