This was a solid 4 stars for me. I'll admit I did take longer than normal to finish it because it took awhile for me to really get into. But, it was super cute and full of the usual historical romance mushiness. West is adorable and I loved Phoebe. The angst wasn't quite what I thought it was going to be. The ending was super rushed and no epilogue... boo!! Thus, one star taken away. Would I read it again? Maybe.
