I came into this book with a lot of hype surrounding it- and my copy was a gift from my mom who told me she knew I would love it. And I did! The story is epic and heartbreaking. It stayed with me and I don't know how to even explain it without spoiling the beauty. My one complaint was that there were sections that dragged on a bit, but I still loved reading this novel.
