Pandora's Jar: Women in the Greek Myths
by Natalie Haynes
“There’s comfort in stories which don’t change, even the sad ones.”
She goes to the source material and tells the stories of these greek women as they were originally meant, then compares to how the stories have changed over time.
Often people only know myths from modern movies or plays, and the original story and characterization gets lost to history.

These 10 stories are well told and interesting!
I enjoy Greek mythology and Haynes takes this book on like an English/History/Classics paper in the best way.
