I read this for my YA class and this was definitely... something. You can definitely tell it’s written by a man just through the sheer number of “her breast” descriptions every time these boys see a girl. These dudes were all high key weirdos. Two of them were sadists and the others just kind of dealt with it. I don’t even know what else to say. I guess I get why it was popular at the time but this is so weird to read in 2021.
