Rereading this as an adult did not hit the same. I used to think Tracey was all that in middle school, not realizing how much she set herself up in this book. Reread it with adults and we all hated how she acted and how she treated people. The family dynamics throughout the book is definitely something to be discussed, and we definitely discussed them authentically.
