The Sunshine Court by Nora Sakavic
5.0
Nora you’ve done it again.
“He considered the weight of Laila’s foot hooked around the leg of his stool, the ridiculous way Cat bobbed and danced as she made an absolute mess of the island, and the heat of Jeremy’s shoulder where he sat almost pressed into Jean’s side.Friends, he thought again, and this time it almost felt real.”
The ending was just beautiful. It mirrors the ending of Foxhole Court, when Neil found his “home”. I love Neil’s healing as well. God. We need moreee!!
Jean was a great character choice for this book. DUAL POV, that shocked me and it was a good shock. The narrative was a joy to navigate.
