The only thing I didn't like was the cultural appropriation Kai does, but also the uncomfortable feelings I have in a white author using Hinduism (a religion not a mythology to all the readers calling it mythology here) to spice up her novel. The story itself I enjoyed and I think could've spent more time in its world.
