I cannot believe the amount of people who rave about this but struggle to mention how hard it is to read?! Pages and pages dedicated to weight loss talk, the unnecessary re-naming of things, I appreciate what the author was trying to do but it's just too much. It's essentially 300-ish pages of girls complaining about how bad it is to fat and ugly. I kept waiting for something to happen and it just never did. There were so many characters but no arcs, I really wished they explored frieda and isabelle's relationship more. I found the ending quite anti-climatic too.
