I’m really apprehensive to pin stars on this book. Not because the book doesn’t deserve them. Believe me it does. Not because of the writing style. Because it is very well written. But because of the meaning and topic of the book. 5 Stars although that isn't enough
I downloaded a sample of the book and liked it but I wasn’t entirely too sure so I read a GR friend review (Allison you are on to a winner with this one raved about it) How could I say no?
So this book is beautifully written, funny, and sweet and touching it touches and delves into a topic which is hard for us without ADHD to deal with and to understand. I appreciate that my eyes have been opened to this topic and there were times were I wanted to rant at Jay and love him and the same with Hilary.
You can tell that this is close to the author’s heart and I most certainly recommend it.
On a more fun note, Hilary knew that they were going to get married and then she would be H.A.M
Hilary Amanda Monroe and then we have J.A.M Jayden Albert Monroe. HAM and JAM sorry ;-( but that made me laugh out loud.
