The Stolen Hours by Allen Eskens

“The Stolen Hours”, by Allen Eskens
4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My third book by this author and another good surprise.
Although not flawless, the storyline was compelling and there were some very good twists.
The characters were well constructed.
The serial killer was so arrogant seeing himself so superior to others. I did not like being inside of his head, because I thought he was too stupid.
I did find the development of the storyline quite repetitive, but that’s because of the multiple POVs.
One thing that almost made me quit reading  is that the author did abuse playing the odds and made the world too small.
But I’m glad that I decided to accept his idea.
I’m looking forward to reading his other books, “The Heavens May Fall” & “The Deep Dark Descending” (Detective Max Rupert Books)
