More Than Words by Jill Santopolo
4.0
I remember reading The Light We Lost by this author a few years back and enjoying it, so when I saw an Audible sale, it seemed like a good idea to pick it up.
When her father passes away unexpectedly, heiress and political speech writer Nina has to figure out her next move. Sure, she's got the path her father laid out for her with the boyfriend he gave his blessing to and the job leading the family's hotel chain. But, when the NYC mayoral candidate Raphael starts to stir unexpected feelings in her, Nina starts to question everything going on in her life, including her dad and his legacy.
This was actually really good when I stopped to give it a chance. Initially I started listening and got distracted, but when I got on a plane, it made sense to start over. This one kept me hooked.
