One of the girls tells her teammates all a local ghost story the night before the big game. The thing about this ghost is, she'll only come for you if you think about her. But as the members of the high school basketball team start to die gruesome deaths, it gets harder and harder not to think about it.

Definitely a good spine-tingling page turner. I find that it's particularly good to have a satisfying ending to supernatural horror - a few I've read really veer off in weird ways. This one was ok, but could have used a little more explanation or wrap-up.

The author tried to do some interesting things with mental health and trauma responses.
I was worried that the end was going to be something like *it was all in her mind all along* or something. Thankfully that wasn't the case.
But I felt like all the pieces (horror, exploration of anxiety) never fully clicked together.
