Chaos by Steffani Webb, Ronie Kendig

5.0

Absolutely excellent! With fast-paced, high stakes action, Steffani Webb take readers on a thrilling, dangerous mission to rescue a family who has gone missing in the Phillipines.

I adored the characters in this story, including Chaos, the RMWD. Cathal, with his Irish brogue and protective nature, was a the perfect alpha hero who is working through life after being in the military. Rio, a handler with a retired military working dog/Belgian Malinois, just wants to prove herself and save her family before it's too late. The dynamics between these two characters begin with fireworks, and end with fireworks, of a different kind! The bond between dog and handler is quite amazing and I found this story portrayed that really well. There were several moments that gutted me, others that had me laughing, and even more that that me on the edge of my seat.

Loved every minute in this story and the way it thrilled, excited, and amazed me. There was tension, danger, intrigue, humor, faith, suspense, plenty of action, lots of rain, a few snakes, a human trafficking cartel and a hot jungle trek. What could go wrong?

I enjoyed the tension and romance immensely and can't wait for more from the A Breed Apart crew!
