My one criticism of the book is that the last chapter (not the epilogue) felt a little bit like "Oh crap I'm almost out of pages! Let me hurry up and summarize everything really quickly!"
Other than that, this was an excellently written book, not too emotional to turn people off and not too objective so as to sound fake. It's a powerful story that shows yet again how messed up our immigration system is through an intimate look at the Shahanis' experience. Highly recommend this book.
