A very enjoyable ghost story! This was a little spooky, but mostly the ghosts were benign or friendly and gave more of a witch/fantasy vibe than a gothic/horror vibe. I was intrigued by the family mystery and everything wrapped up satisfactorily at the end.

I was a bit skeptical of our main character's memory loss as well as the seemingly unfounded affection and generosity of Todd (I kept thinking there was going to be some dark twist regarding him, but no, he was just an unrealistic love interest)

The audiobook narrater was also very good and I think read with just the right balance of cozy and dramatic.
