This is an promising debut novel by Taylor. The characters were mostly relatable and what they suffered throughout the story was horrifying. The story does a good job at building itself up until its interesting conclusion. There is something for everyone in this story and it was an great read. However, there was a little bit of wordiness throughout, but that's something that can be worked out in future books. Anthony Taylor has high potential to create a creepy, haunting story for all to read.
