Oh my god it got even better. The Sel/Bree chemistry. The twist of who the shadow king is!! More details into the power of Root! Plus the deep insight into racism and how it is played off the central inheritance is so crazy but also sadly accurate to the world sometimes. I cannot express more love for this book. It was brilliant. Can't wait for the third one!!!
