The Great Stink by Clare Clark

Did not finish book.
I got about half way through and the mixer victim still hadn’t died? I thought it was going to be a murder mystery from the back and it’s not that. The authors writing is very good and it’s what kept me going for as far as I got but eventually I couldn’t ignore that I wasn’t invested in the plot. I anticipate someone who goes in expecting the slow build that the book is will have a much better time with it.
