this was such a fun, kooky read. it was so campy in a way that had me giggling and unable to put it down. i love the lighthearted writing style, and the fact that she pretty much glanced over the supernatural aspects of this story in exchange for the romance and comedy was not a problem at all. i love good backstory and worldbuilding just as much as the next girl, but this truly was just too fun for me to care. will definitely be looking for more from this author 🫶🏼
