An interesting look at family dynamics in an abusive home and how those dynamics affect the lives of two sisters, even after they leave home. This is a strong warning for anyone dealing with suicidal thoughts or with a loved one attempting suicide to be aware that this book will likely be very triggering. Not just because it's about someone who attempted suicide but because it goes into the headspace of both the person who attempted and her sister before and after the attempt.
