Four Thousand Weeks: Time Management for Mortals
by Oliver Burkeman
This book was difficult to read, not because it was complex or the concepts difficult to grasp, but because Mr. Burkeman really pushes to the forefront that we are in fact mortal with roughly 4,000 weeks to live.
Throughout the book there are various devices and thought experiments that Burkeman proposes the reader tries, which really does cause a paradigm shift with how to view life.
While I enjoyed it, I'm not sure many other people would. I think that many people could gain something from reading this book, but it will require for one to get out of their comfort zone.
