Beast is a masterpiece, and arguably better structured than the main series (which I still love very much). The plot is more coherent in Beast than BSD imo, and it's beautifully illustrated. It's probably my favorite manga art style to date. The story pulls at your heartstrings while still having moments with subtle humor that are also enjoyable. Solid read 9.5/10.
