Now that was fun. Not as action-filled, but definitely interesting. You never really knew what would happen next.
I loved learning a little more history. The way things were prior to the 'virus' and the evolving of the world and its inhabitants. I wonder about the rest of the world. Don't you?

The evolvement of some of the secondary characters; Lila, Guilder, and Grey; were quite unexpected. At least for me. The metamorphosis of Amy was sad and ultimately necessary, I guess. I am not really sure what she is at this point. The conflict for me is that some of the 12 )or descendants), are able to make a conscience decision not to kill. They are actually deciding to spare lives, love (Wolgast, Amy) and resist the collective. To see the emergence of Sara, Hollis and yes, their daughter, was a lovely bright spot in this story. Alicia's torture was horrible and I was glad for her to get payback.I loved learning a little more history. The way things were prior to the 'virus' and the evolving of the world and its inhabitants.
