I loved this book so hard.
These two twin sisters grow up on opposites sides of the lucky girl spectrum. One is of the lifestyle of the rich and famous variety, the other, Julie, just scraping by with an Aunt and cousin who are trash. Julie then goes on to Freaky Friday her now dead twin, and things get wild.
This is truly a tale of 'be careful what you wish for' with wonderful social commentary on influencers and social media addiction, going so far as to represent it as a cult-y kind of horror, and I think that's a fair assessment.
