This could definitely be read by older adults as well depending on what your likes and dislikes are. The science fiction side of it is interesting, it has you questioning how such things can be possible;
like when the sun disappeared forever out the sky in the glade.
There definitely should have been some more development on the changing that happened when gladers were stung.
