I don’t actually remember much about the book, and I also had seen the movie before so when I listened to the audio it did not impact me as much. I wasn’t too sure what I felt about the movie nor the book, it is a mid-rating from me. I do like the exploration of motherhood and raising children at a time when one isn’t ready for this and trying to juggle it all, and then the decision to leave and the impact it has much later in life. Other than this, I don’t remember a lot!
