Breathe, Annie, Breathe by Miranda Kenneally
4.0

There really is just something about the way Miranda Kenneally writes people and their connections with friends and family that gets me every time even if the book isn’t my favourite.

Safe to say though I really enjoyed this. There was so many fun cameos of last characters that I’ve grown to love (and an appearance from a lesser liked character of mine but honestly that was kind of expected). I loved that Vanessa was part of this book as she really was one of my favourite parts of Racing Savannah.

I really felt Annie’s journey throughout this book. I love that she wasn’t instantly healed by anything and that she needed to take her time to realise that what happened to Kyle wasn’t her fault. I also loved Jeremiah and how he was with Annie throughout the book.

Also can’t help but note that my favourite two books of this series so far have been the ones that include Matt and Jeremiah Brown. Clearly I just love the Brown family.
