Julius Caesar
by William Shakespeare
I'm convinced that Brutus and Cassius were in love. Brutus didn't give a single shit about Portia, his wife, committing suicide by swallowing coals...but said "I shall find time, Cassius," to mourn him when Cassius stabs himself on the battlefield?? Like his wife died because she was so distraught BECAUSE OF Brutus and all he had to say was, "Speak no more of her.—Give me a bowl of wine.—
In this I bury all unkindness, Cassius."????? He drinks wine in her memory and never speaks of her again. When she had the worst death of them all...insane. Caesar is also crazy to think he was invincible or something because he never listened to anyone's warnings about him. He been knew to beware the 15th of March. Calpurnia even begged him not to go because of her dreams. And he still was like yeah... let me get my crown. Brutus and Cassius were also of course stupid to think they could win in their little war. They were idiotically underdeveloped.
