The Sense of an Ending by Julian Barnes

5.0

Although usually not the kind of book I read this one has a lot of characteristics I like in one. It keeps you guessing until the last moment. You end up having a lot of theories and guesses that are probably half right or not at all. I thought Veronica's raped by her father and/or brother, I even thought Adrian was Tony son. I mean it leads you on and then it's nothing of waht you were thinking about. Veronica could at least go and be direct with Tony because it's groing a bit annoying but it was about the jurney and self-descovery and understanding of self and others. This one's a really good book really.
