This series just gets better! Plot and sub-plots piece cleverly evolve so the reader can piece together the denouement and yet, the end is still a shock. Great crime writing.
A few things bothered me...for example, why would a junior police officer would suddenly be in charge of recruitment? Major road traffic incident in main plot sidelined? And a few other details that made no sense, but nothing big enough to stop me wanting to start the next book in the sequence.
