An easy 5 stars for me. I just finished but want to pick it up again.
V spicy & steamy scenes & too many to count.
A great build up too the first. The description, details and locations of the book were exciting!! I very much liked this female character, Sloan, more than the first book, Nat. The complexities, hesitation and wonder portrayed by Sloan, were relatable and inviting. The first book was missing this character development/exploration/presence for me buuuut the second one did that and more. The banter was playful and carried the story nicely. I loved Sloan’s fierceness too! This was so fun!
