Maximum Ride: The Manga, Vol. 3 by James Patterson

4.0

I stopped reading the actual Maximum Ride books a while ago, simply because the plots were getting too crazy and random for me to believe. But I've always had a soft spot for the characters, so I'm enjoying reliving the first few books in manga form. This one, I felt, was really bogged down by the convoluted narrative, but that's a James Patterson problem. But what makes the manga worth it are the character interactions and the absolutely stunning artwork by NaRae Lee.
