Lily
by Michelle Horst, M.A. Horst
M.A. Horst has another winner with Lily. Another short and sweet insta-love fairy tale, Lily is everything you want from a book escape. It has a dashing hero, Hail, who is possessive and protective. And a shy, innocent heroine in Lily. The chemistry between the two of them is great. Not a lot of character development but that’s to be expected in a short story like this. It is well-written and nicely paced with less drama than the first book.
My prediction from when I read Poppy is true. This is becoming one of my guilty pleasures. I can’t wait to read the other stories and I know that I’ll be coming back to this one often. It definitely left me feeling happy and relaxed. If you're looking for something that's short, sweet, and sexy then definitely pick this up.
