Smart Brevity: The Power of Saying More with Less by Roy Schwartz, Jim Vandehei, Mike Allen

2.0

This book teaches you how to format your writing as concise click-bait. They have a strong point about people's short attention spans, but I'm also not convinced that their format is as universally applicable as they claim. I do appreciate how the whole book is written in their "Smart Brevity" format, and it indeed makes the book very easy to quickly skim. So, they demonstrate with the book that their concept works! But honestly, if you're a poor communicator and need to learn business writing specifically, I might recommend this book. Everyone else can skip it -- I'm sure there are much better choices out there.
